2. Contract Formation and Quotations

Unless otherwise specified, all quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Bookings, Amendments and Cancellations

Access Responsibilities

Stair-only access or lift limitations
Narrow hallways, corridors, or restricted entry points

Additional charges may apply if actual access conditions differ from those disclosed at the time of booking.

Time Allocation

Collection durations are scheduled based on the expected load size:

4. Provision of Services

5. Fees and Payment

We reserve the right to decline future bookings where outstanding balances remain unpaid. Payments must be made in full without deduction or counterclaim.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited under English law.
